VIVIFY is renowned for offering a complete concierge surgical experience that leaves nothing to be desired. The following are just a few examples of what you can expect from our boutique approach:

An in-depth, in-person consultation with Dr. Buchanan. Unlike some practices where you may only meet your surgeon on the day of surgery, Dr. Buchanan dedicates over an hour to each new patient during a complimentary consultation. He values the opportunity to listen to your goals, needs, and desires. During this visit, you will also meet your dedicated patient care coordinator, who will guide you through the entire surgical process.
A pre-operative appointment, during which you will meet again with Dr. Buchanan and members of his clinical staff to prepare for your surgery. This meeting will cover any medical clearance concerns and details regarding pre-operative and post-operative medications and instructions. You will also review consent forms and receive additional information about your upcoming surgery and recovery process.
A smooth surgery day. You will meet with the operative team, including the surgical technician, nurse, and board-certified anesthesiologist, to review final details and prepare for your procedure. After surgery, you will recover with a private nurse who will discuss post-operative care and instructions with you and your support person. You will also receive direct contact information from your surgeon and anesthesiologist for any questions or concerns arising after the procedure. Within 24 hours post-surgery, our clinical team will call to check in and ensure that everything is going well and that you have no concerns.
All-inclusive post-op care. Post-operative care includes your regularly scheduled follow-up appointments and all necessary supplies at no additional cost. This includes post-operative dressings, compression garments, and scar management treatments. We prioritize your optimal recovery and outcomes, ensuring you have everything you need for the best possible results. Additionally, we will provide information on optional therapies and treatments you may consider to enhance and maintain your surgical results over the long term.
