Breast Augmentation with Lift Gallery Patient 114721024
66 y/o female with previous breast augmentation in 1986. Presented complaining of loss of volume, breast ptosis, poor breast shape and projection. Underwent a 2-stage procedure. First stage was removal of the old implant, complete capsulectomy, and full anchor lift. The second stage was placement of bilateral submuscular Mentor MemoryShape MM 355 cc shaped cohesive silicone implants.
