Patient presented with enlarged breasts for many years. She also complained of breast asymmetry. She desired to remain full sized with a slight reduction and correction of the asymmetry. She underwent bilateral breast reduction with lateral chest wall liposuction. 199 grams (< 0.5 pounds) was removed from the right breast and 84 grams was removed for the left breast (to correct asymmetry).
