Breast Reconstruction Gallery Patient 114721112
Patient with breast cancer who elected to pursue bilateral mastectomy with reconstruction. Mastectomy was performed with a reduction pattern skin resection and tailoring of excess skin. Reconstruction was accomplished in a single-stage (direct to permanent implant at the time of mastectomy) with the use of Allergan 410 FX 775 cc implants placed in the pre-pectoral (in front of muscle) position with acellular dermal matrix support.
