Breast Reconstruction Gallery Patient 114721125
Patient had prior bilateral breast augmentation. Patient underwent bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy, removal of previous implants (and capsule), and tissue expander placement through an inframammary approach. Three months later, once she had completed tissue expansion, she underwent removal of tissue expanders, placement of Mentor round silicone HP 650 cc implants as well as fat grafting for contour.
