58 year old female who was diagnosed with right breast cancer and chose to pursue breast conservation treatment to include lumpectomy and radiation. She was interested in also having a smaller, less ptotic breast as part of her treatment, so she elected to proceed with onco-plastic surgery in treating her cancer. 1-2 weeks after her lumpectomy (once all surgical margins were verified as clear), she proceed with a right breast reduction/lift. She then went on to have right breast radiation. She then proceeded with a left breast reduction/lift for symmetry.
