25 y/o female presented with enlarged breasts for many years and problems with neck and back pain, shoulder strap grooving, and breast pain. Underwent bilateral breast reduction with lateral chest wall liposuction. 493 grams (around 1 pound) was removed from the right breast and 456 grams was removed for the left breast (to correct asymmetry).
