18 y/o female presented with enlarged breasts and problems with neck and back pain, shoulder strap grooving, and breast pain. Underwent bilateral breast reduction with lateral chest wall liposuction. 929 grams (over 2 pounds) was removed from the right breast and 829 grams was removed for the left breast (to correct asymmetry). Note that blocked areas are present to cover tattoos.
