26 y/o female presented with enlarged breasts for many years and problems with neck and back pain, shoulder strap grooving, and breast pain. Underwent bilateral breast reduction with lateral chest wall liposuction. 917 grams (over 2 pounds) was removed from the right breast and 1072 grams was removed for the left breast (to correct asymmetry). Patient added creative nipple tattooing after healing from surgery.
