This patient in her late 30s had her initial submuscular saline augmentation (365 cc) by another surgeon in the early 2000s. She presented with complaints of volume loss over time as well as palpability of the implant. She desired to exchange her saline implants for silicone implants to increase in size (to correct volume loss) and correct the rippling. She underwent implant removal, pocket revision, and placement of new 485 cc silicone gel implants.
