This patient in her late 40s had undergone breast augmentation less than one year prior with another surgeon. After her surgery, she developed bilateral bottoming out of the implants and formation of a “double-bubble” deformity. She elected to proceed with a revision procedure to correct the implant position with a superior/medial capsulotomy, repair the violated inframammary fold with capsulectomy and suture capsulorrhaphy. She retained her same silicone implants (650 cc).
