This patient in her mid 60s had her first breast procedure in the 1970s. Since then, she had undergone several revision procedures for various complications and implant exchanges. She had problems with recurrent capsular contracture and implant deformity. She underwent a revision with removal of previous silicone implants (650 cc), complete capsulectomy, placement of new shaped silicone implants, and use of acellular dermal matrix to redefine the breast pocket and prevent recurrent capsular contracture.
