This patient in her mid 50s had a right breast implant placed by another surgeon. She presented with significant distortion of her breast shape, asymmetry, and contraction of her skin envelope. She underwent removal of the previous implant, pocket repair and reinforcement with acellular dermal matrix, placement of a new shape silicone implant, and bilateral breast fat grafting for symmetry.
