Lower Eyelid Surgery Gallery Patient 118186860
Patient presented with complaints of lower eyelid bags and a “tired-looking” appearance. She elected to undergo a lower blepharoplasty with fat transposition of the lower eyelid fat into the midface. This was done through an incision inside the eyelid (transconjunctival). She also underwent an external skin removal via “pinch” technique. Note the improvement in the lower eyelid bags.
