Upper Eyelid Surgery Gallery Patient 114721161
Patient presented with complaints of excess skin weighing down his upper eyelids as well as lower eyelid bags. He also complained of skin wrinkling and an overly “tired-looking” appearance. He underwent upper and lower blepharoplasty (eyelid lift) with lower eyelid fat transconjunctival fat transposition to blend the lid-cheek junction. He also had an internal brow-pexy through the upper eyelid incision to fix his brow drooping.
